Knowledge of God’s Will & Faith Foundation

1 Peter 2:24 – “Who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness—by whose stripes you were [not will be] healed.”

Isaiah 53:4-5 – Surely He has borne our griefs [literally sicknesses, original Hebrew] and carried our sorrows [literally pains, original Hebrew]; Yet we esteemed Him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed [not will be].

Exodus 15:26 – For I am the Lord who heals you. [It’s who He is: Healer], my emphasis in brackets.

Psalm 103:2-3 – Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities,
Who heals all your diseases. [We note throughout the Word, God clarifies that He forgives sin AND heals our physical bodies to restore our health], my emphasis in brackets.

Proverbs 4:20-22 – My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart; For they are life to those who find them, and health to all their flesh [for communing with the Word is communing with Jesus, John 1:1, who is Life], my emphasis in brackets.
